AN INQUEST has been opened on a York man whose body was found in the River Foss.
York Coroner Donald Coverdale yesterday adjourned the inquest into the death of Peter Critchlow to a date not yet decided. A cause of death was not given.
Mr Critchlow, who lived in Markham Street, The Groves, went missing on November 15 after a night out.
His body was found in the River Foss on Tuesday following searches of the Ouse and the Foss.
