I FULLY understand the frustration caused to business firms because of late postal delivery. It must cause chaos.
As a homeowner I also find it irritating, and this week we reached an all-time low when the post arrived at 4pm.
Since we hardly ever received a second delivery in any case, I cannot understand why the Post Office doesn't deliver once a day at the usual early morning time.
