LEE Atkinson netted all four goals as Dringhouses disposed of South Bank 4-0 to maintain their Leeper Hare York and District League Reserve 'A' championship push.

Bishopthorpe were thumped 7-1 by St John's College, where strikes from Mark Leask, Robin Bedford (2), Matt Moore, Chris Lees, Leon Wormley and an own goal did the damage.

A hat-trick by Les Falkingham and goals from Colin Peach and Ian Mallarkey saw Pocklington win 5-0 at Osbaldwick.

Reserve 'B' leaders Huntington almost surrendered a four-goal lead at Haxby.

They led 4-0 at half time after goals from John Colley, Kevin Barnes, Mark Gambles and Andy Noone but a flurry of Haxby goals in the last ten minutes had them sweating. Chris Dyson (2) and a Mike Taylor penalty graced Haxby's rally, which just ran out of time.

Copmanthorpe leap-frogged Easingwold into third at Cop, where goals from Graeme Butcher, Andy Manns and a Matt Pearson penalty sealed a 3-0 win for the hosts.

Wigginton Black Horse hammered eight-man Heslington 7-0 with goals by Tom Hunt (2), Ben Petts (2), Dave Newton, Andy Pepper and Matthew Wash.

Poppleton were denied all three points when visitors Stamford Bridge equalised three minutes from time. Poppleton goals, from Paul Horsman and Charlie Jackson, were countered by Chris Plowman, whose brace included a late penalty.

Reserve 'C' leaders Nestl Rowntree eased to a 5-1 win over bottom-placed Civil Service. Steve Fratson (2), Wayne Scaife, Ken Davies and an own goal sealed the win.

Hamilton Panthers led Thorpe United 2-0 with goals from Wayne Robinson and Brad Dunn before Matt Hoyle pulled one back for Thorpe. Steve Gaughan missed a penalty for Panthers, who were made to pay as Barry Martland levelled.

Moor Lane came within a whisker of a valuable point at home to White Horse. Simon Taylor headed them into a lead, but goals by Les Hayles and Jon Sumner in a five-minute spell put White Horse ahead.

Taylor equalised and goalkeeper Marcus Grant saved a White Horse penalty but John Marshall struck a last-minute winner for the visitors.

Reserve 'D' leaders Tockwith won 4-1 at Heworth with goals from John Walker (2), Matt Denver and James Wardman. John Verity replied.

LNER Builders led 2-0 against Amotherby & Swinton after strikes by Mark Rollinson and Paul Crosby. Richard Kerrison (2) squared the match before Adam Gray put Amotherby ahead. Builders were denied a point when Amotherby's'keeper saved an 85th-minute penalty.

Chris Gallier (3), Wayne Linton, Adam Howard and Graham Morrison earned Stillington a 6-1 win against Huby, while Steve Dunn was on target twice as Fulford won 3-1 at Norton, whose Tony Ellison scored first.
