WHY was the Derwenthorpe site allegedly taken out of the green belt for City of York Council and the Joseph Rowntree Trust?
This land will have much more natural habitat than our land and others in the vicinity.
We have verbally offered our land on Murton Way, which is the first in the green belt for, say, a minimum of 60 low-cost homes with gardens costing from £85,000, with a minimum 80 per cent low cost.
