TOCKWITH are through to the Leeper Hare York and District League Junior Cup semi-finals after coming from behind to score an extra-time win at home to Elvington Harriers.

Adam Robertson and a header from Luke Dove put Harriers two up inside the first quarter. Ben Tobin scored for Tockwith after half an hour and Andy Wilson equalised on 70 minutes.

Full back Adam Cummings scored Tockwith's winner in extra time. They will play the winners of next Saturday's Norton v Amotherby tie.

Heslington missed a penalty in the last minute of extra time at Strensall and then lost the penalty shoot-out after the sides had finished 3-3. Mick Pipe, Lee Lyons and Nigel Lyle netted for Strensall.

Poppleton beat Hemingbrough 5-0 with goals from Craig Suttle (2), Matt Graham (2) and an own goal.

Nestl Rowntree came from behind to beat Wigginton Black Horse to reach the Reserve Cup semi-finals. Tom Beatty netted from close range in the 15th minute for Black Horse. Paul West equalised in the 55th minute. Some 20 minutes later Eddie Phillips hit a tremendous long-range shot to give Rowntree the lead and West made sure with a close range effort ten minutes from time.

Haxby upset the form book by winning 3-1 at home to Malton Bacon Factory. Tom Oxtoby opened the scoring for the visitors. Mike Taylor equalised from the penalty spot before half-time and two goals from Paul Jacobs won the game in the second half.

St John's College beat Reserve 'B' leaders Huntington 2-1 with goals by Robin Bedford and Matthew Moore. Chris Dower netted for Huntington.

Cup favourites Dringhouses won 3-0 at home to New Earswick with goals from Wayne Carter (2) and Graham Mitchell.
