I suggest Graeme Robertson pulls his hand out of his pocket and stops whining about the price of afternoon tea (Weekender, March 6). If he is under the impression £3.15 is unusual and over-priced for a bowl of soup, he obviously hasn't been out to lunch since 1970.

And a detailed description of how Ann couldn't finish her pot of tea is the most boring and irrelevant thing I have read in a long time.
