A YORK woman who set up her own business helping people with emotional problems will host a national conference in the city.
Rita Leaman set up the York Human Givens Centre, which helps treat those suffering from a variety of emotional illnesses, in 2002.
The treatment works on the basis that needs and resources are what we have all been given to function. Rita helps people to discover what they are missing, or their needs, and what they have to give - their resources.
The first conference of the Human Givens Institute will take place at the Moat House Hotel on Saturday and Sunday.
