STONE the crows! Or rather, don't.
Russell and Sheryl have been reprieved. Despite the latest accusation - that the crow twins have been pecking at Strensall pensioner Jean Johnston's windows - the pair are not for the chop. Instead they will be relocated to a place where they can do no more harm.
As the main targets for their vandalism are windscreen wipers, Russell and Sheryl must be re-housed somewhere miles away from the nearest car.
With the council's parking policies, may we suggest York city centre?
