WITHOUT probably realising it, you published a photograph last week that should win your photographer a prize of some description, if not Photographer Of The Year award.
I refer to the story of the Mark Elwers who was disgruntled about being fined £30 for a parking offence and protested by insisting on paying the fine with 3,000 pennies.
The woman behind the counter appears to be "giving the finger". I have no idea if this was intentional on the her part but it amused me and seemed an appropriate reaction to such a childish ploy.
