WE can only hope that the evil, perverted monster known as David Lutz Ward serves the full 19 years in jail (June 18) and is not released in half the time like drivers who kill all the way down to shop lifters.
The time has come to put these monsters away for life with no parole, because they have proved they cannot help but re-offend.
The call for the death sentence keeps coming up: maybe these monsters make it easier to stomach for the do-gooders.
