MORE than 40 York conference venues will be on show in one place.
Plans are in full swing for a second Conference York Showcase at the Ebor Suite at York racecourse on October 21.
It follows the huge success of the first event launched by York Tourism Bureau at The Barbican last September.
But the racecourse venue will emphasise just how much more exciting the city will become when it hosts Royal Ascot next year.
About 70 buyers are expected to attend the event to familiarise themselves with what is on offer at, for instance, the National Railway Museum, the University of York, York Minster Conference and Banqueting, plus a full range of independent and chain hotel venues.
