MOTOR retailer smart of York has been awarded fleet contracts worth more than £1 million.
Reed Rains, the North's largest independent estate agents with 132 outlets, has taken four top-of-the-range smart Passion cars, complete with air conditioning, alloy wheels and sun roofs.
Reeds Rains director Nick Mills said: "These eye-catching cars promote the business effectively and are ideal for urban driving.
"It is the first time we have had vehicles branded with our livery and we are likely to acquire more as the first ones have already attracted plenty of positive comment.
smart of York, located at the Mercedes-Benz showroom on Clifton Moor, has also been awarded a near £1 million contract for 130 cars from a South Yorkshire car rental firm.
