EXPECT a Breakthrough in the ability of jobless people in York and North Yorkshire to get back to work.
Breakthrough is a new course being organised by Craven and Harrogate Business Development Centre to roll out across the county.
The course has already won its spurs in Scarborough, Harrogate and Bedale and is now set to come to York, Skipton, and Selby.
The course helps unemployed people to build confidence, motivation, self-esteem, and assertiveness.
It also helps them to set goals, prepare CVs and improve interview techniques,
The 13-week York course starts at The Fishergate Centre, on September 9, for two days a week, six hours a day.
