Nationwide North new boys Harrogate Town were celebrating last night after taking a fourth point from their opening two games after a 1-1 draw at Hucknall Town.

Last season's UniBond champions Hucknall took the lead in the first quarter of an hour through Andy Todd, following a fifth minute goal-line clearance by ex-Minsterman midfielder Christian Fox.

Hot-shot Colin Hunter found the equaliser on 40 minutes. His third strike in just two games looped high over the Hucknall 'keeper from 22 yards out.

Delighted manager John Reed said: "It was an absolutely fantastic performance from the lads again and only some tremendous goalkeeping denied us the win.

"When you consider that we have played last season's winners and runners-up in the first two games and got four points, I'm over the moon."
