They say good things often come in small packages.
This miniature Elddis caravan, built in 1977 as the display model for its full-sized counterpart, is not just for decoration.
In fact, it has everything you need for a trip on the roads.
Fully fitted inside, it boasts cupboards, seating, wall units and tables. It can also be towed with ease, thanks to brakes, proper suspension and lights.
After many years in pride of place at the reception of Allan Honeybell's caravan park, the diminutive vehicle is soon to be on the move again.
"It looked great at reception, and it's fully towable, with all the features of a normal-sized caravan. But now, it's time to sell it," said Mr Honeybell, of Spittal Farm, Staxton.
He said he thought it was about five feet high by six feet wide.
Anyone interested in purchasing the miniature caravan, which is up for sale at £1,200, should phone Mr Honeybell on 01944 711377.
