In his speech to the Labour Party Conference in Brighton this week, Tony Blair has sought to explain his decision to invade Iraq.
First he commissioned a prospectus for war which presented intelligence in a grossly misleading way. Now he justifies the war by the fact that it has resulted in regime change, which is illegal in international law.
Even primary schoolchildren know that two wrongs don't make a right.
