Former York City Knights loanee Tommy Gallagher, of Leeds Rhinos, has been named in the Ireland squad for the forthcoming RL European Nations Cup.
The 20-man squad, which includes four players from the upcoming domestic Rugby League Ireland competition, is coached by Leeds director of rugby Daryl Powell, who will play a development role at York next season.
Ireland face Wales when the tournament kicks off on Sunday, and Scotland two weeks later. The other group comprises Russia, England and France.
