Some of rugby league's most important faces will be at Huntington Stadium tomorrow.

York City Knights are hosting the latest Association of Premiership Clubs' meeting for the first time since the Knights were born out of the ashes of York Wasps.

Leading figures, including Rugby Football League executive chairman Richard Lewis and representatives from each of the National League clubs, will be sorting through the latest issues, with the creation of a minimum training standard one of the topics on the agenda.

Knights chief executive Steve Ferres said: "It's very rare to host a meeting and it's the first time since re-forming that we will be doing so.

"It's good for the profile of the club and if something pertinent comes out of the meeting, people will remember it was decided in York."
