ONCE the three existing cul-de-sacs become "rat runs" into Derwenthorpe housing estate, the residents should be allowed to vote for the installation of "intelligent" bollards.
After all, what is good enough for Bishophill and Straylands Grove should be good enough for Temple Avenue, Meadlands and Fifth Avenue.
