NOT content with blaming the Government or the previous Labour-controlled council for the failings of the present administration, Coun Steve Galloway turned his odium on the city council's tenants at the full council on January 25.
It seems all the anti-social problems encountered by tenants in part of his own ward, Chapelfields, are being laid at their own doors.
Coun Galloway should try telling that to those tenants who have contacted me to raise their concerns about illegal access into their properties and communal areas.
It's about time Coun Galloway recognised that old management adage: with authority comes responsibility.
When will he start to shoulder some of that responsibility?
