IN York we have a council which wanted to site a big wheel where, it seems, not one resident wanted it.
The same council now wants a second intelligent bollard on Stonebow, where it seems not one person wants it to be.
City of York Council has turned Walmgate Bar into a very dangerous junction, particularly for cyclists.
With a council like this who needs enemies?
