THE Knights will be aiming for another huge crowd when they host Hunslet a week tomorrow.

The club will stage a Schools Family Fun Day for that match with a host of attractions taking place that afternoon.

Full details of the attractions will be in this column next week.

The club will also run "bring a friend for free" offer, which is exclusive to 2005 Knights season ticket holders. Basically, this means season ticket holders can get a friend (preferably a new supporter, of course) into the match for free. To take up this offer, enter through the season ticket turnstile as normal presenting your ticket and get your buddy in using ticket 'D' at the back of your ticket book.

A FEW hospitality packages have become available for the Hunslet game. If interested, call Knights commercial manager Peter Salter on 07977 567424.

FORMER Knight loanee Calvin Watson might be lining up against his former team-mates a week tomorrow after signing on a month's loan for the Hawks.

Watson, an academy player at Leeds Rhinos, played five games, scoring two tries, for the Knights before returning to Headingley. Ironically, his penultimate game for York was against Hunslet in the Northern Rail Cup loss that the Knights will be keen to avenge.

ANOTHER ex-Knight is also on the move. Damian Ball, who starred for York last season before moving to Hull KR in July, has signed for Halifax. The 29-year-old, who started his career at York Wasps, has been out of the pro game for a while concentrating on his university studies.
