WHAT a fantastic letter (May 31) from W H Hall of Osbaldwick about the Derwenthorpe saga.
I wonder if any of your readers have the faintest idea what he is struggling to say?
If the letter implies that the university expansion will call for more housing in York and some of that need will be dealt with by the Derwenthorpe development, then perhaps our city council is doing a competent job?
