IN response to 'Rampage sentence to stand' (June 9), where was the "respect" and "discipline shown" by the two York teenagers who were part of a gang who took part in a series of "unprovoked attacks" in the South Bank area?
I wonder if those youths learned their values from their parents or society at large or were they just born bad?
Maybe the penalties in such cases should have more input from the victims.
