ISN'T it incredible that Gordon Brown and Tony Blair can make such a powerful international case for the massive debt of Third World nations to be written off?

Yet they seem to shrug their shoulders about the financial problems caused to citizens of this country by the Inland Revenue because of the complexity of the rules governing tax credits, due to flawed computer programming and "computer error".
