I'M writing to you about the seating on the ftr superbus.
I'm nearly 70 and, when I had to sit on the highest seats on this bus, I found it very difficult because I have bad legs.
When you have shopping, it is even worse. It's as hard to get down as it is up, and when I got up to get off the bus, the door closed before I could do so.
When I came to actually get off, it was very difficult, as other buses were in the way of the ftr, so it was about a foot and a half away from the kerb. A man helped me off.
I don't know who has planned the seating on the ftr, but it is not for the likes of me.
