CHARLIE Greswold and Will Witty were among the scorers as Malton RUFC Under-15s toppled Pocklington.
Greswold bagged a hat-trick of tries in the 34-29 victory, with his third touchdown snatching the result from under Pock’s nose. Danny Boddy also got a try.
Pock were also denied in a trio of county cup clashes.
The East Yorkshire side’s U11s lost 12-0 in the final of the Yorkshire Cup to Brodleians at Bradford & Bingley. The U13s were knocked out in the semi-finals of the Yorkshire Plate, losing 10-0 to Leodiesians.
Pocklington Colts crashed out of the Yorkshire Cup at the second round stage when they were beaten 17-8 by Bradford & Bingley.
Yorkshire U19s pair James Wilkinson, with a try, and Tim Bennett, who kicked a penalty, got the Pock points.
