Meanwhile, Thanet Road stages two national finals with the mixed pairs and mixed fours showdowns between Blackpool and Lincoln, again starting at noon on Saturday.

York’s men face North Cave in only their second Yorkshire League game this season. The match starts at noon.

York’s Lingford Trophy team face a tough task at the neutral venue of Newark IBC against City of Ely on Sunday.
