REGENERATION replaced degeneration in the House of Commons, only for a day, as 300 members of the Youth Parliament, including York’s 17-year-old Joe Feeney, debated “votes for 16-year-olds” there, as the keynote issue among others.
The House of Lords next, please. I would like to see Youth Parish Councils in senior schools, with access to parish, ward and city councils.
