A music education group from the University of York ran a workshop on Tudor music and dance using authentic Tudor instruments. Pupils were taught juggling skills and how to make scrolls and quills from feathers. The children also researched the period using computers.
A school spokesperson said: “Staff and pupils all dressed up in Tudor costumes and we had a fashion show for everyone to show off their fantastic costumes.”
