Dunnington Magpies won 4-1 at North Ferriby United Gold in the Hull Boys Sunday Football League.

Steve Woods broke the deadlock on 20 minutes with a well taken goal after being put through by winger James Hopwood.

Dunnington seemed to take their foot off the gas and North Ferriby responded with the visitors lucky to go into the break 1-0 to the good.

North Ferriby started the second half in a very determined mood and got their reward with a well-taken strike for a leveller.

The match was then well contested until Dunnington captain Simon Hudson hammered home a loose ball from a corner.

From this point on the Magpies dominated.

Hudson hit a rocket-shot into the top corner from 30 yards to grab his second as the Magpies revelled in fine possession football, Matthew Playle finished off a move involving eight players to wrap up the win.
