PLANNING a wedding can be one of the most hectic times of any bride-to-be’s life – but now The Press is here to help.
The Yorkshire Living Brides Event, to be held at York Racecourse tomorrow, will be giving couples preparing for their big day the opportunity to chat to experts and pick up tips on everything from dresses and photographers to venues and invitations.
Hosted in association with The Press, the event boasts more than 50 stands and two professionally-choreographed bridal catwalk shows at noon and 2pm featuring models from Thames Fashion Modelling Agency (CHK).
Alison Wytchwood, The Press’s business development manager and organiser of the event, said: “I really would encourage all brides-to-be to join us at the racecourse – it’s a fantastic day.”
Admission and parking is free, with the exhibition running from 11am to 4pm, and anybody who signs the bridal register has a chance to win a bottle of champagne.
