3.10pm: Claudia is last seen by an acquaintance at about 3.10pm, as she walks home
8.10pm: Claudia speaks to her mother on the phone
8.23pm: Claudia sends her last text message to a friend, arranging a meeting later that week
9.12pm: The last text message is received by Claudia’s phone - it is not known if this is read.
Thursday, March 19
6am: Claudia fails to turn up for work
Evening - Claudia does not arrive at the Nags Head pub, where she had arranged to meet a friend.
Friday, March 20
Friends are worried when they still can’t contact Claudia and call her father. Police are alerted.
Monday, March 23
Claudia’s father, Peter Lawrence, makes his first emotional plea for public help in finding his daughter.
Wednesday, March 25
Det Supt Ray Galloway reveals he believes Claudia has come to harm after meeting somebody she knows.
Thursday, March 26
Police call in specialist search and rescue teams, while the Archbishop of York, Dr John Sentamu, leads prayers for Claudia’s safe return

Police upgrade the investigation to suspected murder, as Crimestoppers offer a £10,000 reward for information. Police also reveal a major new line of inquiry – a possible sighting of Claudia with a hooded man on Melrsosegate bridge.
