Work on upgrading gas supplies at the Skeldergate junction with Micklegate in the city centre
MOTORISTS and bus passengers are facing delays in York city centre, as engineers upgrade gas supplies.
Roadworks are taking place in Micklegate, which is closed to traffic heading out of town.
Skeldergate is also closed at its junction with Micklegate and Bridge Street.
Access from North Street is also restricted, while temporary lights have been installed on the Micklegate stretch of the works.
