HARD-PRESSED building firms in North Yorkshire are being offered a free opportunity to see how they can combat the credit crunch, Bridlington-based Hudson Contract is organising an advice seminar for its fellow firms next month, which will include tips on how to save cash and recover outstanding debts.
Entitled Survive The Recession, the seminar will be held at the offices of Leeds law firm Ford & Warren – who are partners in the initiative – at Westgate Point, in Westgate, Leeds, on Tuesday, March 17.
Hudson Contract’s managing director David Jackson said: “The seminar is for construction companies with a turnover of between £500,000 and £10 million and it’s an opportunity to discover the true facts about legitimate, risk-free self-employment solutions.
“Since we are based in Yorkshire, we want to take the lead in helping regional businesses stay strong.”
Registration for the seminar is at 2.15pm and will be followed by presentations, a question-and-answer session and drinks. For more information, phone Lee Lewis on 0133 243 6601 or email lee.lewis@forwarn.com
