I notice that the speculative myths about a pilot "polyclinic" to be based in York are without foundation.
Whatever the merits of providing a wide range of local health services, including minor injuries and x-ray facilities, available from 8am to 8pm, seven days-a-week, isn't going to happen in York, but in Scarborough.
The unnecessary worry fuelled by observations from Dr McGregor and Dr Fair that the NHS is about to be privatised can be put to rest.
