THE bulldozers are busy at the old York College site in Tadcaster Road, York.
Earlier this year, the college moved in to new £60 million facilities in Sim Balk Lane, to complete an eight-year relocation project.
Now, the old buildings are being knocked down to make way for housing development.
Outline planning permission has been granted for 360 homes on the site.
