THE National Railway Museum has been named in the top 10 museums in the UK.
The Trip Advisor Travellers’ Choice Awards ranked the York attraction eighth best in the UK, based on online votes from visitors.

London’s British Museum was named top in the UK, second best in Europe and fourth in the world.
Hayley Coleman from TripAdvisor said: “This year’s award winning museums are a great start for travellers wanting to explore the world’s finest collections of art, culture, design, history and science.”
