POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was bitten by a dog in North Yorkshire.
The man was walking his dog along Saltergate Drive in Harrogate when he was approached by a woman walking her dog, North Yorkshire Police said.
It added that the woman's dog jumped up towards the man and bit his left arm, causing a small injury.
The incident happened on July 11, the force said.
