NORTH Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglary and criminal damage in York.
Extensive damage was caused inside the Hamilton Panthers football pavilion on Knavesmire Road earlier this week.
The incident took place between 9pm on Tuesday, August 14 and 11.15am on Wednesday, August 15.
A CCTV system was also stolen from inside the premises.
Police are now asking for help to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
In particular, they are appealing for information about who may be responsible.
