A MAN and a teenager were taken to hospital with serious injuries after a car crashed into a tree in a village near Selby yesterday evening (June 25).
Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) said it received a call about a collision on Main Street, Hirst Courtney at around 8.15pm.
North Yorkshire Police added that the crash involved an Audi car which collided with a tree.
Police, along with fire and ambulance crews, attended.
YAS confirmed a man in his 20s and a male in his teens were taken to Leeds General Infirmary by ambulance with serious injuries.
