SOLDIERS of the 4th Regiment The Royal Artillery have marked the Queen's Official Birthday with a Royal Salute in Museum Gardens.
A large crowd gathered in the sunshine for the 21-gun salute which took place at 12 noon.
It was one of several royal gun salutes which take place every year in the gardens.
Civic and military dignitaries attended the occasion, which included an inspection of the troops taking part.
