A MAN was taken to hospital following a crash in York.
North Yorkshire Police said a white Fiat 500 was badly damaged in the crash which happened at about 12.45pm in Jockey Lane, close to the Vangarde Shopping Park.
A spokesman for the force said a 19-year-old man was taken to York Hospital with suspected neck injuries.
The spokesman said the Fiat had partially blocked the road, and a second vehicle - a grey Nissan Almera - was thought to have been involved in the crash, but was clear of the road.
