POLICE stopped a vehicle on a slip road off the A64 yesterday (May 9) in connection with a search for a wanted man.
The man in question, wanted by West Yorkshire Police, was not in the vehicle, North Yorkshire Police said.
The vehicle was stopped at around 6.20pm on the slip road off the A64 westbound onto the A1(M) southbound.
