Liz’s photograph introduces a spread of images from Press Camera Club members that range from the abstract (Sarah Hird’s bobbins at Salts Mill) to the humorous (Garry Hornby’s squirrel at Museum Gardens).
Paul Anthony White’s photograph of council workers at the fountain in Parliament Street is hugely topical, given the ongoing debate about the fountain’s future. And Joy Stead’s picture of a pianist busking outside the Minster is wonderfully colourful. The cyclist whizzing past really brings it to life...
