AN EXHIBITION will be held in St Mary's Church, Hemingbrough, on March 17.
The exhibition will display the results of an archaeological dig at West End Farm, Wood Hall.
The dig was carried out by members of the North Duffield Conservation and Local History Society in October 2017, with 80 people involved.
It was the first part of a project for the South Vale Of York, and lasted two weeks, searching for remains from an Iron Age settlement.
"Many of the finds go back to 400 BC," said archaeology coordinator for the society, 77-year-old Brian Elsey, who has led previous digs in North Duffield and Wheldrake.
The exhibition is open from 10am to 3pm, followed by a talk by archaeologist John Kenny.
