CHOCOHOLICS can now head to York’s designer outlet for their Hotel Chocolat fix.
The chocolate retailer has opened a new store at McArthurGlen retail park this week, ahead of Easter.
The company is one of only a handful of chocolatiers to grow its own cocoa, with all products made according to the company mantra: More Cocoa, Less Sugar.
House white chocolate contains 36 per cent cocoa, more than many milks, while house milk contains 40-50 per cent, and house dark 70 per cent, which means chocolate-lovers don’t need to feel quite so guilty about their regular treat.
Centre manager, Mike Thomas, said: “We are really excited to welcome Hotel Chocolate to the centre.
“It is a brand that raises our offering at McArthurGlen and we know it will be popular with shoppers.”
“I look forward to our customers enjoying their delicious, high-quality treats.”
The opening marks the high-street favourite’s 100th UK store including one in Stonegate.
