COUNCILLORS will soon decide whether to grant a licence to a popular city bar which is moving to new premises.
A licensing hearing has been scheduled for the House of Trembling Madness application for 14 Lendal, the old Robson and Cooper shop, on Monday, March 5.
The bar's owners have applied for permission to sell alcohol and late night refreshments seven days a week - from 8am until midnight Monday to Thursday; 8am until 1am Friday and Saturday; and 9am until midnight Sunday.
