A TEENAGE boy needed hospital treatment after an attack in a North Yorkshire seaside town.
The 17-year-old was assaulted in Stepney Road, Scarborough, at about 11am on Monday, North Yorkshire Police said, and suffered a cut to the back of his neck in the unprovoked attack.
A spokesman for the force said the suspect was "a white male, around 5ft in height and is around 17 to 18 years old", and was "wearing a black coat and blue jeans".
