FOUR teenagers are due in court in coming weeks after a police crackdown on antisocial behaviour on the region's roads.
North Yorkshire Police launched Operation Casbia following a series of reports of motorbikes and mopeds being ridden antisocially.
An 18-year-old man will appear at Northallerton Magistrates Court on February 21, charged with driving a Piaggio Zip on Regent Mews without a licence in October 2017.
A 16-year-old boy will appear at Harrogate Magistrates Court on January 24 and January 31, charged with driving an Aprilia SR50 without a licence on Barkston Grove in September 2017, and Regent Mews in October 2017.
A 17-year-old boy will appear at Harrogate Magistrates Court on January 24, charged with failing to give information about the identification of the driver of an Aprilia moped in December 2017.
A 16-year-old boy will appear at Harrogate Magistrates Court on February 15, charged with driving a Peugeot scooter on Clifton Moor Gate without a licence in November 2017.
